A WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN & MEN

This is a practical workshop that offers a deep healing and cleansing. It activates the opening of the Womb for women and the Hara for men. Hara is a Sanskrit word describing the area 2 inches below the navel (sacral area) for men.

We will take a voyage deeply within our inner being using Belly Dancing, Chi Kung, Breathwork, Mantras, Meditation and Sexual Meridian Points, Tibetan Womb Pulsing to tap into the higher consciousness of self.
